Lounge bookings
Offer tables and VIP lounges alongside tickets. Guests choose their group size and arrival time; the venue collects the agreed minimum spend on site. Admission tickets are separate.
Set up your lounges
- Open Venue → Lounges. Add a name, capacity, optional photo and minimum spend.
- Choose flat for one minimum spend for the whole group, or per person to multiply it by the party size.
- Enable lounges in the event settings. Choose request to review each request, or instant to confirm the first available booking automatically.
- Under Event → Lounges, show or hide individual lounges and override the minimum spend for that event.
Venue booking questions are defaults. Switch a question off for one event or add an event-only question. Existing reservations keep their agreed terms and answers when you edit the lounge later.
Each lounge holds one confirmed group per event. Accepting a request makes the lounge unavailable and declines competing requests. Switching to instant mode does not accept requests already pending. Do not also sell the same physical table through a seatmap.
Review requests
Open Reservations on the event’s Lounges tab. Review the guest, group size, arrival time and answers before accepting or declining. Guests receive the decision by email and can find requests and reservations in My Purchases.
Cancelling releases the lounge and keeps its history. Hide the lounge first if it should stay unavailable. Guests can cancel through their private booking page before their arrival time.
Confirmation fee
The default fee for euro accounts is €8 before VAT per confirmed booking. Your account may have a different agreed rate. See the net price and total Credit deduction under Settings → Billing or Settings → Usetix Credit.
The fee is deducted immediately when you accept a request or an instant booking is confirmed. At 19% VAT, €8 means €9.52 from Credit. Pending and declined requests are free. Cancellations and no-shows do not refund the fee. Without sufficient Credit, confirmation cannot complete.
Low-Credit reminders go to owners when automatic top-up is off, fails or reaches its monthly limit. Successful automatic top-ups stay quiet. Manage Credit and automatic top-ups.
Scanner apps
The next iOS and Android scanner updates add a Lounges section inside each event, showing confirmed guests, lounge names, group sizes, arrival times and the group’s minimum spend. It works offline after syncing. Refresh before doors open and during the night when online; cancellations appear after the next sync.
This is a reservation list. Lounge bookings do not create admission tickets, and displaying a booking does not trigger a charge. The mobile update is separate from the web release.
Integrations
The organizer API, CLI, built-in assistant and MCP expose the same reservation workflow and current account fee. Confirm acceptance only after reviewing the fee and booking. Shared venue details are editable by owners and managers; co-organizers work within assigned events.
