When do I get paid?

Stripe payments go directly to your connected Stripe account, and PayPal payments go directly to your PayPal account. Each provider's payout schedule applies.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Usetix costs 1 EUR net per sold ticket; standard Stripe or PayPal processing fees are separate. For PayPal sales, the Usetix fee is funded before checkout through Usetix Credit.

Can I offer free tickets?

Yes. Free tickets incur no ticket fees. Optional paid services such as lounge bookings are billed separately.

What payment methods are supported?

Through Stripe, you can accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many local payment methods. Turn on Klarna in your Stripe account and buyers can also pay through it by direct debit. PayPal is available after you connect it and fund Usetix Credit, and buyers with a PayPal account can pay by direct debit there too. Either way, the payment is confirmed right away.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes! You can connect your own domain to your ticket shop for a seamless brand experience. Your customers will see your URL, not ours.

What happens if I need to cancel an event?

You can process refunds directly from your dashboard with a few clicks. Refunds go back through the original payment method automatically.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on servers in Germany. We are fully GDPR compliant and take data privacy seriously. Your data and your attendees' data is handled with care.

Do I need technical skills to get started?

Not at all. You can create your first event and ticket shop in minutes. No coding, no design skills, no complicated setup. Just sign up and start selling.

What do lounge bookings cost?

The standard fee is €8 before VAT per confirmed group booking, paid by the venue through Usetix Credit. Requests are free. The fee is deducted immediately on confirmation. Cancellations and no-shows do not refund it. Your agreed account rate may differ.

What does email marketing cost?

2 cents per delivered email, paid from Usetix Credit. No monthly fee and no subscriber tiers. Credit is reserved when you confirm a campaign and charged only for emails that are delivered.
