Find security, a venue or a DJ through Usetix

A good night needs more than tickets. Someone has to run the door, the hall has to be free, the DJ has to say yes. Until now you found these people somewhere else. Now you can ask us, right where you plan the event.

Ask by picture, in three steps

Open Partners in your account, or choose Find a partner in an event’s menu.

1. What you need. Pick a photo: security, venue, artists and DJs, sound and light, catering, photo and video, event staff, or something else.
2. When and where. Pick the event, or enter the date and the city.
3. The details. Say what the partner should do. Guests, budget and a phone number help, but you can leave them out.

We recommend, you choose

Our team picks partners from the Usetix network who fit your request and shows them to you as cards: what they do, where they work and why we recommend them. You get one email when they are ready.

Recommendations are free for you. If a partner fits, choose Meet. Only then does the partner receive your request, your name, your email address and the phone number you gave, and you receive theirs. You agree the job directly with the partner. If a partner isn’t right, choose Not a fit and we keep looking.

One conversation for everything

Every request opens a conversation with the Usetix team, right below it. Questions go back and forth there, and you get the answers by email too. After the date we ask whether it worked out. Your answer helps us recommend the right people next time.

Also through the assistant and the API

You can ask the Usetix assistant: “We need security for Saturday.” It prepares the request and sends it once you agree. AI apps connected through MCP can do the same, and developers find the endpoints in the API docs.
