Email marketing, built on your ticket data

The people most likely to buy your next ticket are the ones who bought the last one. Until now, reaching them meant exporting contacts into a separate email tool. With Email marketing, you write to them directly in Usetix, with the data you already have.

Segments that keep themselves up to date

Combine 22 rules: bought tickets for an event, checked in, was at a venue, saw an artist, spent a certain amount, lives in a postal code area, used a promo code, opened or clicked an earlier campaign and more. Segments store rules, not lists. New buyers join automatically, and every count, preview and send uses today’s data.

Five looks, 17 templates

Start from a template for thank-yous, ticket sales, anticipation or discounts, then pick a look: Classic, Night like a club flyer, Poster in a Swiss frame, Letter on paper with a signature, or Elegant like a magazine page. Every look is built around your accent color. Set a standard look with your sender, sign-off and photo once, and every new campaign starts with it.

Personal in every inbox

Greet people by first name and mention the last event they came to, how often they were there, their city or a discount code. If a value is missing, a fallback text steps in.

One sentence is enough

Tell the Usetix assistant who you want to reach and why. It picks the template, look and segment, writes the copy and hands you a draft to review. This also works from ChatGPT or Claude through MCP. Nothing is sent without your confirmation.

See what it sells

Every campaign shows delivery, opens, clicks, orders and revenue. An order counts for at most one campaign, so your campaigns add up to your real revenue. From the results, build a follow-up segment with one click.

Consent is built in: opt-in at checkout with the exact wording stored, one-click unsubscribe in every email and automatic bounce handling. You pay 2 cents per delivered email from your Usetix Credit, with no monthly fee.
