Product update
Run Usetix from n8n
A paid order, a check-in, or a voucher change can start work outside Usetix. The community node n8n-nodes-usetix connects your account to those workflows.
Install it
On a self-hosted n8n instance, open Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-usetix. Use version 1.0.1 or later.
n8n Cloud requires n8n’s approval. Automated checks have passed, the demo video is submitted, and manual review is under way. Self-hosted installation is available now.
Connect your account
In Usetix, open Settings → API Tokens and create a token. A read token can look up events and orders. Creating events, guest parties, promo codes, and webhook subscriptions needs a write token.
In n8n, add the Usetix API credential and paste the token.
What you can run
The Usetix node can create, find, update, publish, and unpublish events. It can find an order, list guest tickets, add a guest party, and create a promo code.
Usetix Trigger listens for sixteen notifications: paid, refunded, and cancelled orders; published and unpublished events; ticket check-in; and the voucher lifecycle, including purchases.
n8n can see the same notification more than once. Use the notification id with Remove Duplicates. When a later step creates something in Usetix, put that id in Unique Request Key. The same key and the same input return the original result for seven days.
Zapier and Make use the same actions and notifications. They are not in the public directories yet. You can install them now with the Zapier invite and the Make invite.
