Lounge bookings, alongside your tickets
A group wants a table for Friday night. With lounge bookings, they can choose it in your Usetix shop, tell you how many people are coming and pick an arrival time.
Set it up once, adjust it per event
Add your lounges to the venue with a name, photo, capacity and minimum spend. Offer the relevant lounges on each event. A special night can have its own minimum spend without changing the venue defaults.
Choose a fixed minimum spend for the group or a rate per person. Add booking questions when you need details such as the occasion. Guests pay the minimum spend at the venue; admission tickets remain separate.
Requests or instant confirmation
In request mode, your team reviews each request and accepts or declines it. Instant mode confirms the first available booking automatically. One confirmed group holds the lounge for the event. Guests get an email and can find their reservation in My Purchases.
A clear confirmation fee
The default price is €8 before VAT per confirmed booking for euro accounts. Your agreed account rate may differ. Owners can see the current net fee and total Credit deduction in Billing and Usetix Credit settings.
The fee is charged immediately at confirmation. Pending and declined requests are free. Cancellations and no-shows do not refund the fee. Owners receive a low-Credit reminder when automatic top-up is off, fails or reaches its monthly limit. Working automatic top-ups stay quiet.
At the door and in your tools
The next iOS and Android scanner updates add confirmed lounges to each event: guest, group size, arrival time and minimum spend, available offline after syncing. Refresh to see later changes. This list does not replace admission tickets.
The API, built-in assistant, MCP and CLI also support the lounge workflow and expose the current confirmation fee.
