Invite co-organizers to your venue’s shop
Renting out your venue for a club night, a concert, or a guest production? You can now invite the organizer into Usetix as an External co-organizer, with access to the events you choose.
Open the event’s ⋯ menu → Invite co-organizer and enter their email. The invitation already includes the current event. You can manage additional assignments and revoke access through your existing team settings.
Co-organizers use the same event pages as your team. They can edit descriptions and galleries, manage tickets and guest lists, view attendees and sales, and publish or change the visibility of their events.
Your shop and connected payment accounts stay in place. The venue keeps control of shop, payment, and team settings.
The same access rules apply to the AI assistant, MCP, API, and CLI. Co-organizers can use personal tokens for their assigned events; venue owners and managers can also invite people and manage assignments through these tools.
