Gift vouchers are now built into Usetix
A gift voucher should feel like part of your ticket shop, not a separate system your team has to reconcile later.
Today we’re launching Usetix gift vouchers: account-wide stored value with your branding, your connected payment provider, and a complete immutable balance history.
Sell the offer you actually want
Create a fixed voucher such as EUR 25 or EUR 50, let buyers choose an amount inside your limits, or run a stronger promotion: pay EUR 50 and receive EUR 75 of credit. Usetix keeps the paid amount and bonus credit separate in checkout, reporting, refunds, and the ledger.
Public products appear in the voucher catalog. Secret products work through a direct unguessable link. Drag them into the order you want, add artwork and a description, and archive a product without changing vouchers already sold.
A real gift-delivery flow
Buyers can send the voucher to themselves, email it to a recipient immediately, or schedule the email for later. Every issued voucher includes a branded PDF and an Apple Wallet pass with its live balance and state.
Tickets from several events and multiple vouchers can share one cart. Payment still goes through the organizer’s connected Stripe or PayPal account; Usetix issues the stored value only after the provider confirms the payment.
Spend a little or all of it
At ticket checkout, buyers can combine up to ten vouchers, use only part of a balance, and pay any remainder through Stripe or PayPal. A voucher-only order needs no payment provider. Voucher value cannot be used to buy another voucher.
Ticket refunds restore the voucher-funded portion to the original vouchers. Repeated provider callbacks cannot restore it twice. A fully refunded voucher sale blocks and reverses the remaining stored value instead of leaving a live bearer code behind.
Operate it everywhere
The dashboard includes reports, CSV import and export, delivery retries, manual issuance with secure generated codes, blocking, adjustments, and the complete ledger. The same workflows are available through the AI assistant, MCP, Admin API, CLI, and signed webhooks.
