Voucherkit is now Usetix
We have some news: Voucherkit is now Usetix.
Same platform. Same team. Same mission. Just a new name and a new home at usetix.io.
Why the change?
When we first launched, “Voucherkit” made sense. But as the platform grew, we realized the name didn’t quite capture what we actually do. We’re not a voucher tool — we’re a ticketing platform. Usetix says it plainly: use tickets. That’s what our customers do, and that’s what we help them do well.
We also wanted a name that’s shorter, easier to remember, and works just as well in German as it does in English.
What’s changing?
- Domain: The site is now at usetix.io
- App: The admin area is now at app.usetix.io
- Brand: You’ll see “Usetix” everywhere the old name used to be
What’s NOT changing?
- Your account: Everything is exactly where you left it. Your events, tickets, orders, and settings are untouched.
- Your ticket shops: All existing shops continue to work. Custom domains are unaffected.
- Pricing: Still 1 EUR per sold ticket. No setup fees, no monthly fees.
- The team: Still us, still building, still shipping.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Old links and bookmarks will redirect automatically. Your Stripe connection, your events, your data — everything carries over seamlessly.
Faster than ever
Along with the rebrand, we’ve moved Usetix to significantly beefier infrastructure. We’re talking dedicated high-performance servers built for ultra-low latency — faster page loads, snappier checkouts, and rock-solid reliability even during peak sales. When hundreds of people hit your ticket shop at the same time, you won’t feel it. We’re growing, and our infrastructure is growing with us.
What’s next?
