PayPal Now Available: You Asked, We Delivered
We’re excited to announce that PayPal is now available as a payment option on Usetix. This has been one of our most requested features, and we’re happy to finally deliver it.
Update, August 19, 2026: PayPal ticket revenue still goes directly to the organizer. Usetix platform fees for PayPal sales are now covered through prepaid Usetix Credit, with manual and automatic top-ups.

Over the past weeks, we’ve heard from organizers that their attendees wanted more payment options. PayPal kept coming up again and again. So we built it.
Whether your audience prefers the security of not sharing card details, or they simply have PayPal funds ready to spend, they can now complete their purchase with just a few clicks.

How It Works
The integration is seamless for both organizers and attendees:
- For organizers: Connect PayPal, save a billing method, and fund Usetix Credit. PayPal appears alongside your existing payment options while enough credit is available. Ticket revenue still goes directly to your PayPal account; Usetix reserves its platform fee from credit before the sale.
- For attendees: At checkout, they simply choose PayPal, log in to their account, and confirm. Done.
Set it up once, optionally enable Auto top-up, and follow every fee charge from the Credit dashboard. No monthly Usetix fee and no later collection surprise.
More Options, More Sales
Payment flexibility directly impacts conversion rates. When a customer reaches checkout and doesn’t see their preferred payment method, they often abandon the purchase. With PayPal now available, you’ll capture sales that might otherwise have been lost.
